Good Morning, Everyone! So did we all make it though Halloween? Are there any leftover ghosts and goblins?

It's a new month and a new start for some people. Make the most of it!

I'm hoping that yesterday was my last day of TTOM. It lasted a little longer than the previous month.

Down 3.4 to 198.5 which is still about 2 lbs up from the low I saw in October... Just gonna keep on trudging! We've got a huge team meeting this afternoon (and I do mean our entire team, I have no idea how many actually comprise our group) and we've been invited for eats and drinks for the social aspect of it later on. I've decided to pass (it's not mandatory) because I already had enough to drink this weekend. I did not bring lunch with me today, but I'll be going to the Fast Fresh Foods place I mentioned a while back - they make custom salads and sandwiches.

Hope everyone has a great day ahead.

Hi Everyone,

What a weekend! So you heard about the freak storm right? We lost power on Saturday night and still don't have it back. Needless to say, the house is cold. It was 51 degrees in there this morning when I went in to check on and feed the cat. Maxwell, the pups, and I have all moved over to my parents house. They don't have any heat or power either, but strength in numbers, right? LOL

I haven't had a shower since Saturday. I feel SO GROSS! ha ha ha ha I haven't weighed myself since Saturday. I stepped on my dads scale this morning and it read 186. Eating healthy is a REAL challenge right now. Produce is very scarce so we are forced to live on take out. I'm still fighting the good fight and not giving in when I really want to and just eat all the crap I can find because this is a stressful time.

So I brought my Maxwell with me to work because there is power and heat here. Most of the schools are closed for the rest of the week. Most of the towns around me are 80 - 100% without power. I am leaving work early today to go home and empty out my fridge and freezer. I lost everything in there. Rumor has it we should have power either tomorrow or Thursday. I'm hopeful that my parents may have power tonight.

I have no idea what my true weight is. I doubt I lost anything in October. I hope November gets better and my stress can settle a bit. Anyway, I miss you guys and will try to check back from work or whenever we get power back at my house.

I feel like I am living out a scene from any post-apocalyptic movie!!!

Well, I'm back again. I have no idea what my WI is, since I didn't do one today.
I needed to reboot, the last couple/few weeks I think I had a complete mental break down.
There has just been too much going on, too much going through my head, too much to do, too many demands on my time . . . . I snapped.
I started to get way to affected by the number that was on the scale, that was only going to lead to a bad place, and it was already going there.
So . . . this month, I will be tracking my other numbers instead, calories in, calories out, protein (sorely lacking), minutes walked, exercise done . . . things that will BENEFIT my mental health, not hurt it.

I didn't think I would be one of the ones that went the wrong way with daily weighing, or it could be that I used it to distract from everything else. Who knows.

But, I'm in a better mind frame, I've brought out the big guns . . . fish and fresh veg lol.

Diana glad you enjoyed the fair, sorry about the tummy ache. Hoping you don't have any allergic reactions to the egg rolls. I'm finding that when I eat off plan which has been my daily eating the past two and a half weeks I think I just feel completely stuffed like I could actually explode if you stuck a pin in me. But yet I endure this uncomfortable feeling and do it again. Thank goodness November is here. MY PLAN is to BE GOOD to ME Diana I do find that sweet or salty carbs make me want more and more, but I learned to pay attention to it by reading it here. Thanks everyone It's great to know your body like you do and .6 yesterday wasn't bad at all. Should be downward from here right? Good job on the 1.8lbs down, the fair is leaving

I left for a little over two weeks and I gained 9.6lbs so please hug yourself you deserve it. I went from saying I lost 30lbs with 3FC to now 12lbs to date (but I don't tell anyone that) We're in this thing together and we will succeed. It may take a little longer than we'd like, but we'll do it.

Rennie - You mentioned trying to find something to do with your left over halloween candy. Have you heard of Treats for Troops?
