I'm down .2 to 154.2. Apparently being on the steroids reset my system to the slow loss mode, grrrrrr. I made it through Halloween without eating a single piece of candy. The only candy I had yesterday was my normally allowed sugar free and I only had a little of that.

Our adoption caseworker called. She sent an e-mail out to the social worker, his supervisors, and her own supervisor letting them know what was going on. She said we are not the only family having problems with homestudies done by that company. Hopefully we will see results soon.

Future Thoughts - Welcome back!

Vixsin - I'll be praying for you to have power again soon.

Coondocks - If the scale is making you unhealthy in any way then it is better to put it away. I have a friend who lost over 150 pounds and was only ever weighed at the doctor's office. Daily/frequent weighing helps some, but it can definitely be done without it.

Rennie sorry I guess I wasn't very clear... The wife is someone I went to middle school and high school with. We also went to the same university, so we got closer over the years. I think they're crazy for moving closer to us, because we live in the West end and they both work in the East end, so it doesn't make logical sense, but definitely happy that they've bought their first house and happy to have them closeby as well. As for the show, I did go see it, I just wasn't particularly impressed by it. The tickets were a birthday present from a good friend with whom I went to see it. Glad that you're back!!!

I'm in with the daily weight I am also going to put in my total number of steps/day. I plan to do 10,000 steps/day. Total 300,000 steps this month.

Evening Everybody

It's been a long day.Did jog this morning but didn't WI cause i didn't have a good nights sleep so going w/168.2(oct.31 weight) as my November 1st WI. Another busy day tomorrow too but hopefully will get a good nights sleep and can WI cause I"m gonna jog and go to power pump for sure Won't have the time to check-in until later in the evening tomorrow so.. hope everyone has a great WI tomorrow

... not too bad I don't think. I just had a spoon of my sons Edy's Oreo ice cream, yes only a spoon, pat on the back.

Up 0.4 to 198.9 today. To be expected... No sleep, quickie fast food dinner at 1 am. Hubby's uncle passed away last night, so we drove out to be with his aunt and cousin, until her brother (the son) could get here. He lives about 5 hours away. Anyway, it was a long day, short night, and probably going to have a couple of those.

I haven't been around lately, not just here, but online in general, because I'm still trying to figure out how to have time to do everything in a day. Haven't figured it out yet, but I hope I will get there.

Also because I was really down about where my weight was (not going anywhere), and having to go back on metformin. It has just been a few days, so I will see if that helps.

Hope everyone had a great Halloween with all the candy around and is doing awesome with their weight loss.
