Ugh. So my weight went up a little this week, but I'm already down almost a pound from yesterday. So we'll see how that goes next week. What I NEED to do is stay on plan the whole time.
After my unexplained gain last week up to 209.6, I was down 3 lbs for this week to 206.6. Still working my way back to my ticker weight. I'm hoping to see some additional progress and get to start moving my ticker again by next week's WI!!
Hang in there, April.... if you stick to it, the scale will continue to move in the right direction. You've had such fast, steady progress up until now.
My weigh in was this morning as well... I'm down 1 pound this week.
I hope its ok if I jump in here and join! The other threads I've been posting in have been pretty quiet so thought I'd peek in here. I'll add the weigh-ins I've had since I started in September. I'm going to aim for 2 pounds a week until Thanksgiving which is high but would be amazing.
Welcome to any new participants. I like to stay in a challenge because it keeps me on plan. This section (100 pound club) of 3fc is pretty active, so I think we always have something going on.

Hope everyone has a good week. I just got home from visiting my DD in NC. Hope the scale isn't too bad when I get on it. I'm trying not to weight too often, but I think this Wednesday will be a good check-in point since I was away for 5 days and paid no real attention to what I ate, other than trying to be sensible. We'll see what happens in the next day or so.

I'm in the same boat, Lil'Blue... I'm down 1.5 for the week, which leaves me with 16 pounds to my challenge goal. It's definitely not happening, but I gave it my best shot.
I'll actually be happy at this point with just another 1 or 2 by Thanksgiving... I leave bright and early tomorrow morning for 2 weeks on back to back cruises. I'm going to do my normal workout and eat reasonably, but I'm not going to be 100% OP.

1oftheLuvs - Ya. I'm gonna try to get my head in gear for the last month. May not make it to 140, but will try to get as close to 150 as possible! And maybe finally see 140s by end of December? Anyways, have fun on the cruises. Sound like you are working them, right? Not vacationing, are you?
