There are 10 more weeks to the end of this challenge and I think that is the perfect time frame. Aside from setting weight loss goals for myself, I am also making 10 weeks committments to stay on plan. It's too scary to try to tell myself to do that for approx. a year, but 10 weeks? That I can do!
Down 2.2 for the week. I wanted to lose 30 in this challenge, so I'm down 16.6 with 13.4 to go. I'll check back later to see how everyone else is doing - running late today.
School has me running ragged! I haven't been on since WI LAST week. Sorry to have dropped the ball on cheering for you all. I am. And this challenge still lends me accountability and support. Eric leaves next week for Portland, so it's going to be busier, still. It is my goal to figure out a time where I can log in, even once a week, and play catch up on posts. I believe in being a supporter, not just someone who gets support.

PS the physical work of school (I work in the Gallery and am walking EVERYWHERE and lifting and hanging art etc) and the running is paying off! I seem to be weighing in on Wed instead of Thursday because of timing, but I'm -5 lbs this week!

Kiki - you always do support everyone. Personals aren't necessary, you know, as nice as it is to get a personal shout out from other 3fc members. I'd rather see your smiling photo once in a while and know you're lurking and posting what you can than have you disappear because of time constraints.
Keep up the great work - I've never had a 5 pound loss in 1 week. You have to feel great about that! You're doing such a great job.
Kiki - don't worry about personals, when you have time, it's nice but you have to do what works for you, and if that's keeping you from checking in here, that's definitely not worth it!! When you have more time, you can be more of a cheering section for others.

A terrible week, I gained 15 pounds in three days this week. I spent three days in the hospital with symptoms of a heart attack. I did not have one but a coronary artery bypass that was done this April has narrowed by 40%. The good news is it is treatable with medication. While in the hospital I recieved sodium loaded saline solution via IV as they were trying to raise my blood pressure. Now all that sodium is causing fluid retention.
