Wow, Larry - you've had your share of health troubles recently. And still are managing to lose "real" weight. I hope they get your meds straightened out and thinks go back to normal very quickly. The sodium weight will go quickly, so hang in there.

To everyone else - looks like it's been a pretty good week. Summer is winding down, cooler weather is approaching, and somehow it seems easier to focus on staying on plan for me. Hope everyone else has the same experience. It might be just the change of season, not necessarily that summer is over, because I had an easier time in the spring, too. Here's to a great fall (or spring, if you are in the southern hemisphere!) for all of us.

Larry - sorry you are having more medical problems. Hope you are feeling better soon!

Samadhi - I am seeing a big change now that I've really ramped up the exercise, so go for it!

Lin - I love this time of year, it's always felt like the new year to me on an academic calendar and I have definitely kicked things up a notch with the timing and the change in the weather. It's funny looking at my summer clothing and thinking that it will all be way too big/given away by next summer!

I missed last week's WI because I was OOT and I'm happy to report that I'm down 4.7lbs since my last official weekly WI. Yeehaw! I've missed a lot in my absence so I'm going to try to catch up on personals now.

Lin -- Way to throw down that weight...even while on vacation! And then again this week. Woo hoo! I am SO looking forward to winter. It is SO much easier to stay OP!

Kiki -- Nice loss last week NAD this week missy! You're doing awesome!

Larry -- Great loss last week but I'm so sorry to hear about the medical issues. I really hope you're doing okay now.

Samadhi -- Woo hoo! You are doing great!

Rennie -- Sorry about the gain last week. But man oh man did you rock it this week!

We're halfway though the challenge.

10 weeks in and I've lost 10 pounds... not exactly what I was hoping for, but I'll take averaging a pound a week... 52 pounds in a year is nothing to sneeze at....

had a really good week on the scale, and down 4.4 to 213.4 and under 14 lbs to go to get my goal for this challenge. When I started, I thought I was really pushing it to think I could get to Onederland by Thanksgiving, but now I feel that if I stay on track, I really can do this!

I'm late to this challenge!

Hoping to see 227.8 by Thanksgiving (I'll be weighing in the Saturday before). That's 20 pounds in 9 weeks. Doable but will require me to pay strict attention!

WOW guys, I really didn't think I was going to be down over 5 lbs in a week!! I have stuck close to my diet but haven't been exercising like I should. I'm under 15 lbs to lose by Thanksgiving!

Down another 1 pound this week. 5.2 to go by T-day. If I can't make that then my DH better be draggin my butt to the doc. I also hit size 8 jeans this week.

Larry - I can't wait for your check-in, I hope you have had a better week this week.

Jami - I wish! The range I was referring to is my T-day goal range.

April Snow - Yes, you really can!

Goddess Jessica - You can do it! Just use the little Goddess as a weight pack during workouts

SweetTreat - Back away from the olives! the scale will be nicer next week.
