Teenie loss this morning to 255.1. The good is that TOM is here and my muscles are SLOWLY recovering from the gym challenge so hopefully this crazy gaining I've been doing is nearing and end.

Lindy & Slim -- Nice job on the losses ladies!

Erin -- Great job getting that hardcore workout in !

Hey everyone! I am new here and looking for support and buddies to hold me accountable. Have had a difficult time sticking with any sort of diet or exercise program. I am sick and tired of being the fat girl. Just starting out on my journey.

Hello Mozley welcome! I have had problems with that stuff myself. Diet wise I have just started to eat cleaner like no boxed rice or boxed food, no stuff in a can. There are exceptions though like I usually buy green beans in a can but with no added salt. Or those fruit in a cup but in its own juice. I tend to eat chicken or fish usually. Just little changes you know?
For workouts at the moment I am doing four days strength training for at least one hour and three days of one hour of cardio.
Hope this info helps your starting journey!

Ladies, I think we need to close this thread and start a new one. 25 pages is a lot!

Well, the Little Goddess is nine weeks old now and I've lost all but 10 pounds of the pre-pregnancy weight (of course, I am going off of the OBGYN's record and I *know* I gained more before my first prenatal visit).

I'm buckling down this week and really paying attention to what I am eating. I've also decided to walk 10,000 steps a day. Just something to get me out of the house. You know?

YIKES! No...crazy gaining so NOT over yet. Up 3.7 this morning to 258.8! TTOM is finally here, on day 2, so I'm REALLY hoping that I'm right and most of this is water weight and it flushes AWAY and FOR GOOD.

There is a silver lining though. I know, how is that possible after gaining 7, count' em 7 lbs this week but alas...there is a silver lining. Because the gains have been frustrating me so badly, I decided to take my measurements again. I just took them on the 8th so I wasn't exactly expecting much but low and behold I'm down another 4"! That's 20" total ladies!

Yahoo!

**I think Jessica's right and it probably is time for a new thread. Everyone game?**

Lindy -- NICE job! And yes, DEFINITELY take it! I sure would right now! LOL!

Mozley -- WELCOME! I think you'll happy with the information and support that can be found within the 3FC community. Looking forward to getting to know you better.

Jessica -- Great job! I can't believe your little one is already over 2 months old? Yep, starting something simple to get you out of the house and moving sounds perfect! Good luck!

Ok wow, i'm not sure if this will last because I haven't had my weekly gain yet, but guess what I saw this morning? 249.0 ! ! ! That's 40lb lost! I'm not heading out yet. I might be back in the 250s tomorrow, but still! Wow!

Ugh, struggling this weekend. The party at work on Friday sent me in a whirlspin. I didn't do terrible, but it made me want everything that was bad for me. And I got stuck with a ton of leftover cookies. My husband threw away half of them for me, but neither of us could convince ourselves to throw them all away. Plus, neither of us wanted to grocery shop so went out to dinner two nights in a row - though we finally did get to the grocery store tonight. Been trying to be active to counter it and still been counting my calories even though I have been over a bit. I definitely need to get back on target - just need to find the motivation somewhere. Some days, motivation is just hard to come by.

JamiSue3916: Sorry that you are struggling but a big CONGRATS on those measurements!
shishkeberry: Congrats on the loss and hopefully you will be moving on to the new thread. Hope to see you there soon.

MeliZ: Sorry that you are struggling also this week. Been there more than you know. It's a good thing you made it to the grocery store. That is in my next 2 days to do as well.

I am down to 253.6. How that happened I will never know but I will take it. Hoping to have a healthy eating day today. Happy Sunday everyone!

Back up to 254.2. Thought yesterday's loss was not accurate. Running lots of errands today. Kids are with grandpa and going to the aquarium today. See ya later.

Man, this stinks. I start out the week with all this enthusiasm and willpower and by Thursday, i am cranky as anything.

I am up 1 lb (253) but I go to the doctor's tomorrow to potentially get my medicine adjusted.
