Embarrassed to report that I've gained a pound and am back at 255 and some change. My schedule has been really thrown off for the last few days because I have family in town and I've not been going to the gym or drinking enough water. Today I will get back on track, at least with exercise and water. I know pizza is on the menu for dinner but I'll try to supplement it with salad and veggies.

Sorry I can't get into personals but I gotta scoot. I've literally had 10 minutes of computer time in the last three days. LOL!
