I have been mia because gaining is how I have been. Stressful week and we seem to be eating out every nite. Not even getting on the scale today. Hoping today will be normal and stress free.

Update: Weighed in at 254 this morning. I had a slight gain the beginning of the week from my anniversary weekend, but I have managed to bounce back. Last night, went out with a few friends to Red Lobster. Tried to eat good all day to counter it. I ordered the steak and boxed up half my meal right away (which my husband is going to split with me for lunch today) and did not have a single drink. I did eat 2 biscuits at 150 calories each (yeowch), and ended up at 2220 calories for the day. Last weekend, I weighed in at 255.2 for a total of 1.2 loss this week.

Thanks! We eat out a lot, so it's definitely one of my biggest struggles. But I'm enjoying finding ways to still eat out on plan.

Had a rough week...went from 250.5 up to 256 when my dh went in to get his kidney stone blasted but managed to get my act together and weighed in at 247.9 this morning. Goodbye 250's! See you ladies soon!

Weighing in tomorrow no matter what. Been on an eating binge for the last several days. Snacks and eating out have taken over again. Need to get my head back in the right spot and get this under control again. Had a horrible experience at an interview on Fri. First interview since April and it was a group interview(?) and it lasted for 5 hours! She showed up 1 1/2 hours late and I was there till 9 pm. Felt like if you left you would not get the job. Then at the end she saw how much I was looking for and she wanted to know if it was negotiable. I make that much on unemployment. Why would I take less than that. It was already about 10 dollars an hour less than I made at my last job. Still so annoyed that I could cry. I just need to forget about it and get on with today. Sorry for the long post but just need to vent. Thanks for the support that I always get from everyone.

Ahh I love this thread! Last I checked in I was 253. Had gone down to 251 and then Bam!!...no movement on the scales for about a week and a half. I got discouraged for a little bit then came back and read this thread and kicked it in high gear! I am now 247!!!! Will miss this thread mucho! I will see all of you beautiful ladies in the 240's very soon. Keep up the great work! Remember that we have the power to be who we want to be and as good as food may taste, don't forget how eating too much makes us feel afterward. we've got to keep kicking ***!
