Update: Weighed in at 254 this morning. I had a slight gain the beginning of the week from my anniversary weekend, but I have managed to bounce back. Last night, went out with a few friends to Red Lobster. Tried to eat good all day to counter it. I ordered the steak and boxed up half my meal right away (which my husband is going to split with me for lunch today) and did not have a single drink. I did eat 2 biscuits at 150 calories each (yeowch), and ended up at 2220 calories for the day. Last weekend, I weighed in at 255.2 for a total of 1.2 loss this week.
