ErinMarie: The 250's can be stubborn, it's true. But we are all going to power through them with a little help from our friends. What chance does a pound of fat have against this group of determined, steely-eyed, conga-dancing women? Clint Eastwood has nothing on us! "Tell me, Pound --- do you feel lucky?"
sevencallmemom: What a busy person you are! I think the pounds are going to run away from you from sheer exhaustion! LOL Your salad sounds pretty yummy, actually --- good work for staying on program no matter how many balls you are juggling. You are our poster lady for living life NOW like we would like to at goal. Doing all the things you talk about here AND having seven kids of your own? I am in awe!
Lindy: Oh man -- what a sucky few days, huh? I assume that you are not responsible for those charges on your credit card? And it sounds like your son is OK? Nothing like a few emergencies to test your mettle. But you are down 6 pounds this month, so obviously your mettle is just fine, thank you! Make sure your dancing shoes are shined and in good repair, because you are going to need them real soon for that dance on down to the Flirty Forties.

Sorry life rained on you this week --- can I share my umbrella?
smsdreamer: YAY! You ditched the 260's and are joining us here if the Fabulous Fifties. I always thought the Sedentary Sixites were way too bland for you --- you will definitely fit in better here! And we can always use another sexy, sultry, femme fatale who specializes in fatale-ing fat away to help us bust on down to the Flamboyant Forties, so
StarGetsFit: I am not sure you will see this, 'cuz you might already be on your trip, but GOOD ON YOU for dodging that fudge! I have a particular weakness for the stuff myself, so I admire your take-no-prisoners hard line denial of it. And you are down 10 pounds to 250.8?
WHOO-HOO! You will be in the Frolicsome Forties by the time you get home! Way to go! (And take me with you!!! lol)
JamiSue: Thank you for the kind words, m'dear --- it really helps to have such support.

And hey, a day off from counting makes sense to me. Stress seems to be a really common way to add some pounds to your life, so de-stressing is as much part of a healthy way of life as reaching for an apple instead of the apple pie. We are all interested in the Whole Package here: eating tasty healthy food, finding fun ways to get more movement into our lives, drinking icy cold water, spending time with family and friends, laughing, loving, LIVING! And living WELL, dang it! We can do this, Jamie --- and we WILL do it. Better practice your cha-cha-cha, lady --- your time to conga across the 250 is coming.
Cinthia: Look! Another recruit for our platoon of life-loving, fat-kicking ladies. We are on a mission here, Cinthia, and I think you are on the same mission: get rid of the fat so there is more room for fun! I look forward to hearing more about your particular journey!
Nori71: Welcome back! Not just another no-nonsense fat fighter, but one with some positive experience under her ever-shrinking belt --- boy! can we use you around here! I think your committment to that 10 pounds a month goal is wonderful --- 5 pounds in a month is success, too! Good for you for staying on program and continuing that downward trend even through the chaos of travel -- you'll have to share your secrets!
Mommy1028: YESSSSS! Out of the See-ya-later Sixties and into the Fun-tastic Fifties! I think you are going to fit in here very well, indeed! And we need all the motivated, take-no-prisoners Fat Slayers we can get --- with your help it will be even easier to turn up our collective noses at unhealthy food and kick some more pounds of fat to the curb. So,
Still at 249.5, so maybe I have crossed the dreaded 250 boundary for real. Weighing in tomorrow will tell. I hope everyone does at least one fun thing this Sunday to end the weekend on a good note --- congratulations to us all for staying on-program over the weekend!
