Another good day! I jogged 4.5 miles and made good food choices. Judging by my nighttime weight, I might be in a new low in the morning....we shall see!

Great day here! I even got in a walk/jog this morning

This time change is messing with me tho. I'm crazy tired so off to bed I go.

Good day here - spent some time shoveling snow and playing with the dogs in the new snow tonight. I don't know about you, but I count 45 minutes shoveling snow as part of my workout!

45 minutes shoveling snow is DEFINITELY a work out. Wow!

But would you mind keeping the snow there please? I'm not ready for it yet LOL In fact, it's going to be close to 70 today and tomorrow in Chicago

I had an off plan day last Tuesday. It created a whole week of waste. I stayed on plan since. Today is the first day that showed a weight loss again. I finally broke through the decade mark.

I thought for sure I'd be a new low this morning. However, I just matched the previous low weight. C'est le vie. Even though I've been really good and OP as well as running, the scale doesn't budge. I think I've reached the point in my weight loss journey where every pound is a battle!

Another good day. I didn't do much exercise but I was well under my calories. The scale is getting ready for new territory soon, I know it!

I broke my food scale (I think the battery is just going dead, but still), so I had to estimate my dinner calories but I had plenty to work with and overestimated, so I'm definately okay for the day. I also was WAY under yesterday because I had a migrane last night so skipped dinner in favor of sleeping. I did get in 4 miles of walking. I finally have my dog trained to walk a fast, steady pace instead of stopping every 3ft so she and I are both getting in a good walk in the evenings. She's looking so trim now .

Today was my higher calorie day and I enjoyed every one! I also got in a workout with Jane Fonda this morning. She may be 70 but man that woman can still make you feel the burn! LOL

Dog tired tonight - long days at work these days. Ate very well/on plan, and now I need to see if I can force myself to pedal on the exercise bike for half an or hour so. It won't be much, but it'll be something.

Hang in there guys. You know the good results of your good OP days are coming.
Wildthings - You are encouraging. I'm eager to be able to keep up and get in 4 miles at a time.

I'm on plan, doing well. I even got in 1/2 a mile more than usual 3 miles today on my treadmill.

I finally got my eating under control but since I'm sick, I haven't worked out as much as I like, just a few mins of running here and there. I wish my cold would go away so I can go back to burning fat and losing inches. =(

Tomorrow is the last day for our 30 days challenge!

Twas a good day!

I did a good job tonight and make excellent choices. Hopefully the scale might actually move this time as it has been the same for a LONG time.

I can't believe tomorrow is going to be 30 days already! I am so glad we're going to keep going thru the end of December.

I did well today even with a bunch of last minute schedule changes and crazy family drama.

Got a workout in and stayed on plan.
