I made it through my first 30 days!!!!
Here are my dancing carrots to celebrate





The next 30 days make me much more nervous because it goes into the holidays. But, I am determined at to get as many dancing carrots as possible!

11/12- I'm down 1.8lbs this week with no exercise. Still sick =(

AngelicLyna, I hope you are feeling better.

YaY! for on plan days calluna

So my weekend was INSANE! Last week my son was in the hospital and I ran around like a lunatice between work, visiting him, babysitting so my DIL could visit him. Thankfully he's home now and doing well.

Saturday was spent Christmas shopping. One more trip out for a few odd, ends and wrapping paper and I will be DONE!

Today I was going to relax but the desk in my office decided to fall apart so I had to take everything down, put up a new desk and then put everything back together. Of course the desk fiasco happened after I had my closet emptied to organize so I had to finish that up too.

I came to collect my smiley and then am headed for a much deserved steaming hot bath since I stayed on plan through all of it!

Yesterday was one of those munchie days - I just wanted to eat stuff. I did, but pretty strategically and all on plan. I was a few calories higher than I would normally be, but definitely feel I earned a smiley.

I've been away and need to get back to daily accountability. I'm really glad to see you all keeping up this challenge and already planning to start again on December 1st. Yippee! Congrats to everyone for sticking with it and making such great progress. I'm going to be joining you all again. Looking forward to it!

I had a higher calorie day today but didn't over eat or eat any junk

No workout since I'm recouping from the weekend and fighting a cold or allergies. Ugh.

Stressful week - stayed on plan and will do so today. Scale is staying steady and I just don't have the time to care if it's up or down until late this week.

Had a great weight lifting workout today. Went up on weight just a little bit last time, and stuck with it this time, even though I've been out of the gym while I was away. Will do 3 weight workouts this week. And starting tomorrow I'm going to be walking a minimum of 3 miles a day for at least 3 days a week, with an ultimate goal of 3-5 miles a day for 5-7 days a week. But I will give myself time to work towards that. Feeling pretty good today. Things feel a bit looser, which I think is the shape of things changing from the lifting.

I fit into size smaller jeans this morning and could see the loss in my hips in the mirror.

Still fighting bad allergies or a cold or something. But kept my calories in check, got my walking workout in and am here to collect my smiley!
