Hey everyone! I really wanted to weigh myself but so far I haven't and am trying to hold out for my weigh in day (Sunday). I can't wait to see if I have lost this week, I really hope that I have!
BTW is anyone watching the new season of TBL? I think it will be a good season. Are there any favorites so far or anyone you don't like?! |

Wow we have so many people signed up for this challenge. I have lost count now but I think it is close to 50 people total. That is just so awesome! I am so excited!!!!! :)

I'm a little late joining this, but I have kept track of my weight!
January 1st- 265 January 8th- 262 January 15th- 258 BTW, Liz, I'm loving this new season of BL! I was so aggrevated with last season's contestants that I actually found myself wishing for them to not lose the weight so they could go home! So far, all the contestants this season are great! Hopefully it stays that way!! |
^wow great job with your weight loss! WTG!! :) I also like this season and think and hope it will be drama free. I know what you mean about last season. I got annoyed because I think some people on the show lost sight of why they were really there (to lose weight and get healthy) and forgot what an amazing opportunity they had that most people would kill for!

This group is wonderful because they are so supportive! When they all helped Dan up the hill I was teary BUT when he didn't see great results on the scale despite his hard work...I did cry...along with almost everyone there. And when the brown dad went to bat for why Dan needs to stay and what will happen to him if he went home...I really love them...it will be a great season!!

Getting close to weigh in day, I'm a little nervous, to be honest. I had such a great loss last week (9 lbs, which I know, most was water) I feel like I'm guaranteed to have no loss, or even a slight gain, since I went off plan one day this week. Anyone else feeling dreadfor that second week wackiness?

weigh in dates: jan 3: 243.6 jan 10: 239.6 jan 17: 238.8 - down .8 I had a really good week, so I was surprised it wasn't more, but a loss is a loss! Good luck this week everyone! |
Could someone please make this a sticky thread with just the weigh ins? It would be a lot easier to navigate that way. :) Then we could have the other conversation threads (like they do on the exercise board).

Jan 4th - 315lb (start day)
Jan 11th - 313 lb -2 Jan 18th - 312 lb -1 I'm off to the City today, my son is getting his surgery on Tuesday, we had to put it off because of the -50C weather and my van popped a steering fluid hose when it was that cold the day before we were supposed to leave. So now I leave today. Wish us luck and I'm more determined than ever to stay on plan. |

January 11th- 228.5 (half a pound I'll take what I can get...) January 18th - 227 |
I lost 2 lbs exactly this week for a total loss of 8.6 lbs.
