Everyone is doing great! Keep it up!! :)

I went on a walk this morning with my daughters and my husband. It was fun to get out as a family and it was good exercise! I am going to try and do my workout dvd later along with some pushups and crunches!

They do it by percentage. You should def watch the show! its great! Its on Tuesdays but I don't remember what time! Its a good time to start watching because a new season just started last week!

I see that everyone has a different date as their start date.. why is that? Are we suppose to do it according to our regular weigh in day?

I spent almost all day yesterday playing on the Wii Fit. I love doing the hula hoops!! The only thing is, is that my sides are KILLING me today!! Seriously, Im in a lot of pain lol..i know its a good thing, but geesh, didnt realize childhood games were such a workout!!

Does anyone else have Wii Fit? And if so, do you use it for exercise and whats your favorite game?

I love my Wii fit!! I use it for exercise every morning but I am starting to feel like I need to up my workout. I do the 10 min hula hoops (advanced or expert I can't remember) and ya, um...that's a long time to hula!! LOL!! I feel your pain! I do the boxing but try to keep with the intermediate cause the footwork on the advanced totally messes me up!! LOL! I do the step aerobics (intermediate I think) and I run on the spot for the island distance run but not the island lap (I've done it twice but it's really hard! LOL). I've tried really hard to get into the yoga and strength training but all the talking in between and the pauses with rating drive me crazy...I just want to move from one pose to the other so I guess I'm too impatient.

I'd like to continue with this challenge but I'm not going to weigh myself for a month, my next weigh in will be 2/13. I've been obsessing way to much with the scale and I think it will do me good to give it a break. I'll still be OP and working out but the scale is making me crazy!!!! :stress:

I get really bored exercising for the sake of exercise so I'm trying to walk more places. School, church, friends' houses, the store. Some walks are only a mile each way some are more.
