I went on a walk this morning with my daughters and my husband. It was fun to get out as a family and it was good exercise! I am going to try and do my workout dvd later along with some pushups and crunches! |

I see that everyone has a different date as their start date.. why is that? Are we suppose to do it according to our regular weigh in day?

I spent almost all day yesterday playing on the Wii Fit. I love doing the hula hoops!! The only thing is, is that my sides are KILLING me today!! Seriously, Im in a lot of pain lol..i know its a good thing, but geesh, didnt realize childhood games were such a workout!!
Does anyone else have Wii Fit? And if so, do you use it for exercise and whats your favorite game? |
Can I join in? and is there a day we are suppose to weigh in?

I'd like to continue with this challenge but I'm not going to weigh myself for a month, my next weigh in will be 2/13. I've been obsessing way to much with the scale and I think it will do me good to give it a break. I'll still be OP and working out but the scale is making me crazy!!!! :stress:

I get really bored exercising for the sake of exercise so I'm trying to walk more places. School, church, friends' houses, the store. Some walks are only a mile each way some are more.
