Thanks for doing this - I need the incentive and the accountability. I'm planning on putting in my weight every week even if I gain. I'm hoping that will help me keep on track cause I'd really hate to have to continually put down no progress. Hey Everybody, so here's the bad news: GAINED 5 LBS
Had my little (putting it mildly) temper tamtrum - had a huge breakfast, workout and I am officially back on track...it's amazing the clarity "sweating" brings... I vow to everyday enter all I consume on Fitday, eat my dinner by 7. I will only weigh myself twice a week (at least till the end on Jan - than only on Sundays). I will post my measurements at the end of January...I was out of obese and into overweight - still feeling the sting of that reality... |

Okay, I got very confused! I didn't know today was the 4th so I just weighed in. Here are my results!!
Starting weight: 283 January 4th- 279!!!! :cb::cheer2::cheer3::cheer2: January 11th- January 18th- January 25th- February 1st- February 8th- February 15th February 22nd- March 1st- March 8th- March 15th- March 22nd- March 29th- This is an important weigh in for me because I haven't been 270 anything for more than two years!!! In fact when I was with my ex boyfriend I was 275 and haven't been lower since. I am definitely going to stick to this and get BELOW 275!! Maybe even next weigh in! I am estatic right now!!! I am so proud of myself. :encore: |

Thank you and I am! I love the new confidence I have now. Yesterday hubby and I were having a nookie session :p and I got up, nude with the lights on!!! He could see me but I didn't mind!!! First time in a very very very long time. I used to tell him to leave the lights off or would run when he went to turn the lights on to cover myself. He would even tell me before he would turn the lights on because he knew I liked a prewarning so that I could cover up. Sad isn't it and he's my husband. I have come a long way. Last night I stood butt naked letting it all show and didn't care! Woo hoo! :lol:

I'm not sure if last week's weight or today's weight is the starting weight.....but either way, I own this baby!!! (yeah, I am talking a little smack!) I let my weight get a little out of conrtol. I was 237 the day after Christmas! Yikes!! My dream is to be back to my ticker weight in three weeks and down to 214 by V-Day! We will see. I will check back in with ya'll later. I'm in a hurry right now.. |
