I gained 2lbs this week :( and last week was my TOM. Maybe I over indulged?? Or maybe I'm lucky and its water weight :) I really didn't think I went that far OP. God I had gaining, its so discouraging.

Don't be discouraged! I worked really hard during my TOM week and barely lost a lb but had a bigger loss the next week, it def. was water for me. You are doing great hon!

Feeling so good today :)
 
I am sooooooooooo happy to be back on the treadmill . I did 3.0 today for 30 min's I 'll do this for a few weeks then move up after being off track due to a compressed fracture for 15 weeks I just feel good on the treadmill.:) I still a tailbone problem when I sit for a long time but that's no getting in the way of the treadmill the dr said as long as it don't hurt to walk I'm ok . Well I hope to get a full recovery so I can go back to spin classes:D will see .Just happy to be on treadmill for now. I will get to goal!I will I WILL I will:D

Bailyboo - Yeah! Glad to hear that you're able to get back to exercising. I hope the other physical problems you're having will heal soon.

Autumn19 & Nash - Congratulations on your weight loss. Keep up the good work.

Today my kids had school of because of the snow and ice storm we are getting, so that means I got to stay home. I was ready for a day off. I was able to get a 40 minute work out in doing the treadmillo, Ab ounger and lifting weights. I've been having problems with my knees, but I'm still able to workout on the treadmill.

I need to run. I have to make chocolate chip cookies for my husband to take to work. I'm going to try my best not to eat the dough which I love.
