Jan 11th - 313 lb -2 Jan 18th - 312 lb -1 Jan 25th - 315 lb +3 Feb 1st - 312lb -3 Feb 8th - 309lb -3 I was hoping to lose more since the scale had gone down to 308lb this week but I had a couple of bad eating days and didn't move as much as I had hoped but feeling like I'm moving in the right direction. |

Great job everyone! I am hoping for a bigger loss this week. Quitting smoking def. slowed down my weight loss but I feel healthier and so I am glad that I quit. Hope everyone has a great week!!

Well its been a crazy 2 weeks around here so I have not followed my plan to a T and can tell. Hope to get back in gear so I can see more losses and less gains and maintaining.
