I was hoping to lose more since the scale had gone down to 308lb this week but I had a couple of bad eating days and didn't move as much as I had hoped but feeling like I'm moving in the right direction.

My goal is 35 lbs lost to put me at 285

Janurary 1st- 320.4
January 4th- 316.4 (-4lbs)
January 11th- 313.8 (-2.6lbs) TOTAL: -6.6
January 18th- 311.8 (-2lbs) TOTAL: -8.6
January 25th- 308.4 (-3.4lbs) TOTAL: -12
February 1st- 305.8 (-2.6lbs) TOTAL: -14.6 (was down to 304.2 but holding water? dunno)
February 8th- 301 (-4.8lbs) TOTAL: -19.4 (got period yesterday as well)

Great job everyone! I am hoping for a bigger loss this week. Quitting smoking def. slowed down my weight loss but I feel healthier and so I am glad that I quit. Hope everyone has a great week!!

Well this small weight loss wasn't exactly unexpected. Not only is TOM, but SOMEONE bought Doritos in the house. Jeez. That wasn't my only cheat for the week though :(.

It's still a loss though. Hoping for a bigger one next week :)
