I am new to the whole site...but I would love to have something put me into gear. I have been working out for the past four months, and am doing great in that aspect...however, I see how many so called calories I have burnt, and I guess I think I can go hog wild...(which I know better) I did join a competition at the gym and lost 11 pounds, but since that was over went back to the old eating habits. I will weigh in on Tuesdays! Thanks!

I'm doing really well. I went to a friends who was having a get together and only had a few nibbles of food. My Sweetie took me to Chili's for dinner and as much as I wanted the chicken quesadillas, I had the guiltless grilled chicken platter. I was full when I left and proud that I didn't go off plan.

I'm off to the gym right now!

Is it too late to join? I weighed in today @ 262.2. and would like to follow the same schedule. Unfortunatly Ive had pneumonia so I am just catching back up with you ladies. My exercise will be limited but thats ok with me if it's alright with you! ;)

How is everyone doing?! I am doing pretty good. I have been fairly consistent about staying on plan and exercising. I am hoping for another loss this week!

So far so good here at staying op. Can't wait til Thursday when I weigh in, to see if the scale shows any progress. Right now I have a major ear infection so on antibiotics so hopefully I will start feeling better "head" wise.

__________________I AM VERY HAPPY THIS WEEK 1 LB great for me I can't do any exercise due to a compressed fracture on the l2 it's starting to heal just a little back pain while sitting but doing much better :) IT'S A START :)

I have been doing well but Sunday I was pmsing. (I hate TTOM!) and I had some chips but I did count them but I had to give up one starch and one fat which was cool. I always crave salt and sugar during that time anyway but I am glad I stayed on track! Today I am doing very well. Did two evening work outs yesterday and one this morning and am walking 5miles later tonight! :carrot:
