I'm in as well! Just got invited to do this with some coworkers and friends as well and I'm determined to win the prize here (I've got the most to lose anyways). My goal is 30lbs, which would be 12.3%.

I'm in! My weigh-in days are Thursdays, so those'll be my dates. My goal is to lose 26lbs and be at 170lbs! Good luck to everyone!!
** EDIT: I've decided to change my goal and try to be at 163 by March 26th! Whoo, I'm feeling motivated and optimistic today! 163 puts me at the top of my healthy BMI range. I realize this is very ambitious and if I don't make it, I won't be disappointed, but it gives me something to strive for!! Starting Weight, Dec 31st: 196lbs Jan 1st: 196lbs -- -/+ 0 Jan 8th: 192lbs -- -4lbs Jan 15th: 191lbs -- - 1lb (5lbs total) I was totally down at 189 yesterday...darn TOM Jan 22nd: 186lbs -- -5lbs (10lbs total!) Jan 29th: 183.6 -- -2.4 lbs (12.4lbs gone!) Feb 5th: 181.0 -- -2.6lbs (Wahoo, I'm over halfway to my goal!) Feb 12th: 180.0 -- -1lb (16lbs down, total!)
