Crockpot Chicken Tortilla Soup #2 (3 Points) 16 Ounces Chicken Breast Halves Without Skin - cubed 30 Ounces Black Beans, Canned - undrained 30 Ounces Mexican-style Stewed Tomatoes - canned 1 Cup Salsa 4 Ounces Chopped Green Chiles 14 1/2 Ounces Tomato Sauce 2 Cups Reduced Fat Cheddar Cheese Tortilla Chips Combine all ingredients except cheese and tortilla chips into slow cooker. Cover and cook on low 8 hours. To serve, put a handful of chips into each individual bowl. Ladle soup over chips. Top with 1/4 cup cheese. Per Serving (excluding unknown items): 248 Calories; 4g Fat (13.2% calories from fat); 25g Protein; 27g Carbohydrate; 9g Dietary Fiber; 32mg Cholesterol; 1215mg Sodium. |

Oh my goodness! I just finished watching this weeks episode of TBL (I taped it) and I was shocked at the ending. I can't believe it! I am really disappointed in the other team for voting the way that they did. I don't like Joelle's attitude, sooo many people would kill for a chance to be on TBL and she acts like she doesn't really care either way. It just irritates me. I hope she gets her act together.
Who else is watching this season? So far I like Tara and Mandy they seem really determined. It is a good season! |

I'm going to Puerto Rico for 3 days this week for work, I have to make a plan for this! Good luck this week everyone! |
I am also watching TBL. Yeah last week was disappointing. I am not sure who my favorite is so far this season--I am kinda rootin for both the younger guys just because they can add so much to their lives by changing now.

I'm watching TBL also and I was really mad at the end of the last episode. Joelle doesn't want to be there, so why keep her? I hope they're not "playing the game" already as I hate that part of TBL.
We had pizza last night, so I had some issues and slipped up a bit. I was really good the rest of the day though so while it killed my calorie intake, I'm just going to pick right back up today and move on... How is everyone's weekend so far? |
I have been watching TBL and was also surprised the Joelle is still there. She has no desire to be there and is not even trying. I haven't picked any favorites yet.
I have stayed on plan today. I made choc chip and pntbtr cookies for the kids today. I had one pntbtr cookie but I counted it in my WW points. My weigh in was yesterday and I was up 1.4lbs. I wasn't happy about that, but I'm not going to let the scales rule me. My DH gave me a pep talk and that helped me to move on. Trust the remainder of the weekend goes well for everyone. |

January 11th- 228.5 (half a pound I'll take what I can get...) January 18th - 227 January 25th - 227 -No change :( I am not understanding that - I worked my butt off at the gym this week and I watched my calories closely. :?: |
