Don't change your goals!

In my opinion something overweight folks tend to do is be hard on themselves. I got myself into this, I should get myself out. I lost 5 pounds? I should have lost 10.

Instead of making your goal harder, destroy your goal by coming in way early, celebrate it, then make a new goal.

If you keep moving the goal you just don't get to celebrate as much and you deserve to celebrate. How would you feel if your boss said if you finished your work early you could go home and then when you finished your work early, she gave you more work instead? Don't do that to yourself!

Hey everyone! I have been busy this week so I haven't been online much and I have to say it has affected my motivation. I haven't weighed myself yet today, I am scared to lol. If I gained at least tomorrow is the start of a new week and I will do well!

I am down another 2lbs this week. I broke into the 270's and ahhh it feels good. 29lbs to go to my challenge goal, I know I can do it!

Sarina - Congratualtion on your weight loss.

I went down from the 240's to just 239.8, but I was so excited to finally get out of the 240's even if it was 2/10 of a point.

TOM was a litle rough on me last week but I'm back down 4lbs this week. Kinda of feels like one step ahead two back. Loosing the same 5 or so lbs for a month.

So my schedule has been super crazy the last few weeks, but I'm weighing in on Wednesdays again. 3.5lbs down this week! I am so excited because:
1. I'm down 15lbs!
2. I'm under 250lbs!!!

It's been 2 years since I've been under 250lbs!! This is also the first "diet" I've been on that I can actually see myself continuing. YAY!

And girls, congratulations on all your weight losses!!

Hey girlies! Well I maintained my weight last week but didn't lose. I was disappointed but I am working on a lot. I have quit smoking which I am really proud of and this week am trying to kick it into high gear with exercise and eating healthy!
