Way to make it through Daniela! It can be hard to keep up a positive attitude during a plateau.
And I agree ConfessorSiuan, this thread is inspirational! I think twice about off-plan snacking because I know I'll have to post my weigh-in on the Biggest Loser thread! My main post is waaaaay back on page 4, so I wanted to re-post it again here, with my latest stats: Starting Weight, Dec 31st: 196lbs Jan 1st: 196lbs -- -/+ 0 Jan 8th: 192lbs -- -4lbs Jan 15th: 191lbs -- - 1lb (5lbs total) I was totally down at 189 yesterday...darn TOM Jan 22nd: 186lbs -- -5lbs (10lbs total!) Jan 29th: 183.6 -- -2.4 lbs (12.4lbs gone!) Feb 5th: 181lbs -- -2.6 (Wahoo! Over halfway to my goal!) Feb 12th: Feb 19th: Feb 26th: Mar 5th: Mar 12th: Mar 19th: Mar 26th: Final Weight, March 31st: Keep up the good work everyone! |

Well I usually weigh in on Thursdays but have been out of town the last two days--will post weight tomorrow--hope I have lost again but who knows this past week is has been crazy hectic and out of town the last 2 days and eating out--so we will see.

Hey everyone, how are you all doing?!
I lost 1 lb this week. I feel like I am kind of stalling but I think that is mainly due to quitting smoking and not doing as well with eating as I could be. |
Hang in there Liz, you're working on two major health issues so just keep plugging away. Think how much healthier your body is now compared to six months ago!

I'm good. I'm down 4.8 lbs from last sunday as of today. So that probably won't show much change tomorrow morning.
I THOUGHT I was supposed to get my period this coming week but I don't see any TOM water change yet... hmmm... eating well (now that I can) and trying to heal my body. I'm 1.1 lb away from being under 300.... |

I can't believe it...I broke the 2lb stalemate!! I lost 4lbs!!!!!!!!! I havnen't seen results like that since early in this journey!! Excercise works!! I worked out every morning Mon thru Fri this week and I'm SO happy the scale showed all my hard work! So much so that it motivated me to get those exercise clothes on and workout this morning!
Since starting this challenge I have lost 15lbs!! My goal was for 20 but I think I'm going to follow Rodeogirl's advice and not change my goal. I'll just be incredibley proud of me for exceeding it!!
