Snow day for us yesterday also which kind of messed me up, back OP today... weigh in tonight at weight watchers (my normal meeting was canceled last night, so I'm going to one in another town). Does anyone else have a cheat night or day? After I weigh in each week I pick one thing that I REALLY love and have it for dinner that night (yes, it is usually VERY evil). It usually is something Italian since my favorite Chinese dishes are actually pretty healthy.

One more pound lost---wooohoooo wish it was more hopefully next week as I have increased my fiber intake to over 30 a day!!

So I gained a pound, but in a way it was a good gain, because it was my breaking point. Food is not worth throwing away all the work I have put into trying to become more active. I'm in a good place now and plan on kicking it into overdrive as of yesterday actually. I'm back to tracking, keeping a journal and wearing a pedometer. I got this. Finally. I know I will slip up on occasion, but I just need to pick myself back up and keep going. I will stand up for myself and do what I need to to get healthy. GRRRRRRRR!

I'm thinking I might change my goal to 45 lbs lost... being down 16 lbs this month (my metabolism REVVED UP after switching to calorie cycling) and I can probably expect 15 a month for the next couple months... hmmm... I dunno.

I'm down another 2. :D I'm happy BUT I miss those 4-5+ losses at the beginning!! But my goal was a very reasonable 20lb loss in 12 weeks and I'm already down 11. I was a size 20 at the start of this challenge (on the verge of 18 though) and had thought I might make it to a 16 when we leave for Florida at the end of the challenge (or at the very least be an 18). Today I am confident I will be wearing that 16 when I board the plane! (Oooooh, and how much more comfy are those seats going to be? Yippee!!)

I'm down 3lbs this week, so considering I had a 2lb gain last week. I'm really only -1 in the grand scheme of things. 1 pound is 1 pound though. I'll take it!

I ended up with a 2.6 lb loss this week at 305.8. I WAS down to 304.2 but water gain? I dunno. Been on track with eating so not sure what that was. So I'm down 15 lbs total. |
Jan 4th - 315lb (start day)
Jan 11th - 313 lb -2 Jan 18th - 312 lb -1 Jan 25th - 315 lb +3 Feb 1st - 312lb -3 I'm just having one of those weeks, I was still sick and then slipped 3 times and hurt my back so I was laid up at home in bed for 2 days and AF came on Friday and I still managed to get my weight back down after the gain. I'm hoping his is the beginning of a trend. I've decided that I'm going to start calorie counting, the other way just isn't working for me. I've really been watching what I ate this week and will start the counting tomorrow. Also getting back to my walking after now that my back is feeling better. |
