"Stepped on the "real" scale today (I have one that is in the bathroom that works fine and then the withings one in the craft room that reports to my weight loss app). I hadn't stepped on the withings one for a few days because of TTOM and heat water weight gain.
It's still up slightly, but coming down dramatically. I've been OP, just other factors coming into play."
Hang in there it will get better!

"This morning I got up and the scale said 199.8. My first major milestone achieved! I thought I'd be overjoyed, but I was mostly relieved. Even if I don't make 196 this month at least I'm finally back in the 100s, and I plan to stay there. My mom said that I inspired her which is also great."

"Morning all - I had a super busy weekend and while eating was "OK" it wasn't ideal. I definitely didn't overeat, but probably didn't eat at much of a deficit. Not stepping on a scale for a few days."

"Super confused. I got on the scale this morning and it started at 201, then said between 192 and 195 eight other times. while I would love to believe 195, I'm pretty sure I didn't lose 10 lbs over night. I guess I'll weigh again tomorrow morning, if it's still wonky I'll get a new scale."
What a pain!! Did you figure out your scale issue?
I hate new scales cause they are usually different then the last one.

Well I am back. I have been peeking in at everyone every few days but haven't felt like posting.
I was a bit sad cause the scale is bouncing around so much and not in the good way.
I hit 206.6 on June 6th. Then I was bouncing around in the 207's. I hit 205.8 on June 17th.
Bounced around the 205's for a few days and then I was back to 206.8 on June 23rd.
Yes aggravating.
But it pretty much does this every month.
I am sure it is fluid retention.
So I just stick to plan calorie and walking wise and I can have a good weigh in by the first of the month.
That is my big day. The first of a new month.
Usually the last week or so of a month I will try to eat especially clean and no fried or salty foods so I can try to have a really good weigh in for that day.
I may drop my cals just a little the last couple days.
Well wouldn't you know yesterday my scale would not work. Battery was dead so I went to walmart to get a new one.
June 27th I was 206.2.
Today I have a new low for the month of 204 lbs!!!
Yeah!
Hopefully I can lose another 1 - 1 1/2 lbs on the scale by the 1st.
It looks like I won't see 199 until next month gals, but that is ok with me.
As long as I do get there.
