Skinnyelle- I pretty much count calories and workout about five times per week doing several workouts from step to kickboxing to weights u name it lol. Good luck on your journey!

It's been a minute since I've been on the board, but it's good to see some familiar faces still doing their thing. A lot of new people joined too which is great.

@skinnyelle i'm on atkins (low carb) and not doing any working out. i hurt my knee and don't want to make it worse. even with the limited physical activity, i've lost on atkins. now that the weather is nice i might do some light walking to really kick this second half up a notch.

Hey Ladies!


I'm sweetshauna and I'm trying to get back on the wagon after falling off in a bad way... in a nutshell, I lost 37lbs, was looking great, feeling great, then I just let life get away from me, and now I'm back up to 30 of those 37lbs I lost.

So I'm trying to get back on the wagon, I know I can do it, heck I've done it before, so here I am!

welcome back! I havent gained all of my weight back but Ive been gaining lately but today it stops. I wi at 230 today and 217 is my lowest. We can do it!

159.5 today I ran for about 18 minutes and walked for approx 42 minutes tonight.

Brit, I think thats a good idea. When I finally get to my goal weight, I want to be able to do the same. Today, has been good so far. I plan to workout tonight.
What are everyones plans for memorial day? Any BBQ's?
