Hello Ladies,

I joined 3FC last year and didn't really stay on track to lose weight, but I did a great job of gaining an extra 8 lbs. since then.

I am back and ready to get this weight off for good. I am taking it slow and plan to stay on track for the duration. My immediate goal is to get to 200, I am currently at 238.

So I will be here to give support and will definitely need to get some!

Thanks!

Welcome Imannott!!!

I'm still staying on it. Went out to dinner with a girlfriend in town last night, but I balanced it out with going to the gym before. I'm still keeping at it and taking it day by day! Planning to go for a run this evening.

Heyy! This week I don't know whether the scale is wrong but I've lost a pound everyday this week! is that normal or should I be worried? I eat three meals a day an exercise. I think I've been doing everything right though

Hi MissKrissy,

It might be water weight or your body has decided that you are not starving it should it could be releasing fat.

What have you been eating? How are your measurements? That's a good sign that it might not be just water weight.

MissKrissy: Bodies are crazy things! As long as you know you're on plan and your plan is healthy, roll with it. Sometimes people say they have a "woosh" after they haven't lost weight in a minute.

Hope you ladies are doing well! I'm taking it day by day. I went over calories yesterday, so I was good today and did my 30 minute session with my trainer + 30 minutes on the elliptical. Two weeks until I go home! Ideally, I wanted to be back at my lowest of 190 by then, but I'm just happy to be losing.

Hello ladies!

Misskrissy -yes that happens sometimes some days you wont lose some months you may not lose just continue to stick to the plan. I know when you start off you can lose quicker than nomal.

Beaka- I feel you I am in the same boat trying to exceed my lowest of 217 once I make it past the two 220s and teens I will feel like im making progress again! We can do it

Hey ladies. Ive been on track with working out. I'm just taking each day at a time. I'm staying away from the scale because I don't want it to discourage me from exercising. I will try to weigh in on Sundays though..I'm just going to stick to exercising and eating healthy. I know for sure by the end of this month I should see a big difference in my appearance. I do notice a difference in my overall health now. I have more energy. I'm starting to feel better about myself. My breathing had improved. My laziness is disappearing. I'm more anxious to workout than before.

Hey KamsMoma! Glad thing are going well with you!

I'm dealing with TOM approaching so I've been eating a little more than usual, but I've still been working out. Things are going good.

Hi Everybody,

@KamsMoMa and beaka good job with working out. I just started working back out. I am starting small with Leslie Sansome WATP. It was a good start. I also brought a program similare to P90 from Dicks Sporting Goods for 20 dollars. Strenghth Training with a 90 day workout schedule.

Will see how it goes

A Nu Me> This is a great group of ladies! The thread isn't as active as it used to be, but I hope you'll drop by on the regular. Hopefully, this thread will be jumping again soon.

Imannott: Hope you like those new videos!

I had a good session with my trainer yesterday and walked for 40 minutes after. My 10K training program starts today, so I'll be running 4 miles tonight. I'm actually looking forward to seeing everyone tonight.

I've wrangled in my TOM eating and am trying to stay within my allotted calories. Making some beef stew that I'll eat with brown rice later. Hope you ladies are happy, healthy, and well!

Hi Ladies!

Welcome NuMe!

Beeka - how was the training for the 10K? I have never been a runner, I tried but I get to winded.

New DVD's are great. I just started eating Paleo with calorie counting. So far so good. Down 5 lbs.
