LOL-- it's funny how things get misinterpreted. You got weirded out but the message we were "seconding" etc was a very positive message that said "welcome". As someone pointed out, we always wish there was a "like" button -- too bad 3FC doesn't have that instead.

Anyway, it has turned out to be a beautiful weekend here in my little corner of the world. Still lots of sunshine to enjoy so I guess the weeds in my garden can't be ignored anymore. Have a great rest of the weekend everyone.

Just got back from shopping at Costco...LOVE that place! I loaded up my cart with lots of good stuff. Funny, how I used to have such a hard time passing by all the nono's and today, I just walked right past and wasn't even phased the slightest.

They are having a sale on the Premier Protein RTD's. $19.99 for the 18 ct pack! Great deal! I got 1 vanilla and 1 chocolate. Those are going to be perfect on my workdays.

Also got my favorite Pink Himalayan Sea Salt, large jug of Extra virgin Olive oil, some unsweetened almond milk, Eggs, Bison, Lean ground beef and tenderloin, Chicken tenderloins, spinach, butter lettuce, cauliflowers, broccoli, cabbage, baby greens, Kale, green and yellow peppers, brussels sprouts, asparagus, english cucs...oh my goodness, I think that is all...lol

I'm going to go for a swim and do some light water aerobics in the pool for a bit to cool off...it is 107 today...whew...

After that I need to start prepping food for the coming week. I hope you all are having an amazing sunday!!

I don't think I've ever seen bison at Costco in Canada... now I'm intrigued! I hope they have the shakes on sale here too -- I need some.

Oh I hope they have it at your Costco! At mine, they have the fresh Bison sold in 2.5 lb packs for about $6.79 per pound. And they also have frozen Bison patties that come in 6 per box...also breaks down to 6.70 per pound. I absolutely love Bison, it is so full of flavor and yet so lean. I also hope they have the shakes on sale for you. It was limit 2 boxes. For my mid afternoon snack today, I took the vanilla and poured it over ice and then added in 2 shots of espresso and a little squirt of Monin SF Fr. Vanilla syrup. Oh my word it was out of this world! Love it! Can't wait to try the chocolate.
