This might be in the recipe thread already but wanted to share it here since we were talking about it. I got this in a recipe packet from my center:

Carb Free Taco Seasoning

1 Tbsp Chili Powder
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 Tsp Onion Powder
1/4 Tsp Crushed Red Pepper
1/2 Tsp Oregano
1 Tsp Paprika (smoked is the best)
2 Tsp Cumin
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Black Pepper

The biggest thing about being on a diet is this:
Lisa - I love the Beck Solution! I bought the audio book after seeing some of your posts concerning it. Great tips in it to stay the course!!!

Congratulations!

That's awesome! I have a question for you... do you typically drink the whole shake of Premier Protein (30g)? Or are you drinking half? I know there are a lot of conflicting reviews and realize it's higher than the IP drinks. I just wondered if it was stalling weight loss or if the weight continues to come off when drinking the entire shake.

Went away for a long weekend with my hubby for my birthday... I said up front I was going to stay on plan but in my heart I knew I'd probably have a few cheats... I did, I'm up a little BUT I'm not beating myself up. It was my choice, I enjoyed my weekend and now I move forward! Back on track, 100%! I just went and read all the posts I've missed... awesome recipe ideas!!

I had this last night for dinner! YUMMY! I have the rest of the meat cooked and ready for tonight! So excited that I found the recipe page yesterday! This is my 6th week and I hadn't seen that page yet, so most of my food has been pretty bland...it's nice to switch it up! I'm going to try and find something that I can fix my family for Friday/Saturday nights dinner that everyone will enjoy! YEAH

So I went to my first WI today. Down 5.5 pounds. I officially started on Sunday. I am amazed at how that is possible in such a short amount of time but what motivation to keep going!

I did and I am so excited! Makes food so much more enjoyable!!! I told my husband about it and he was thinking he would eat with me (what I am eating), since it tastes good! I have been eating a lot of things plain. It's been working, the weight has been coming off, but the food is so much more enjoyable with these recipes!

Oh my! I would've never been able to stay on phase 1 for 10 months and lose 90 pounds if the food was plain and boring. I actually found recipe before I even started on the plan. I'm really glad you found them.

Yes me too! I have my 7th weigh in tomorrow and I think I am going to be switching 100% to alternatives after I get my measurements and any information I can from my coach. I just can't afford $90 a week anymore! Especially with a growing toddler! OMG! I need all the extra money I can muster!

Hey guys! I'm finally home from work! I had one of the busiest days I've had in a long time. Thank goodness for RTD's that's all I can say! I didn't get in even half of my water in today darn it! Hope tomorrow is a little less hectic and I can do better.

Some people will split it. Some people won't worry about the extra protein. If you want to drink the whole thing then and are worrried about the extra protein, have it for breakfast or snack and then just have salad for lunch with no IP or meat. The proteins will be the same. My coach didn't say anything about drinking half but did tell me not to have more than one a day. But that was her opinion and not 'official' advice as it's not an IP product

Welcome back Sarah! And thank you so much! Yes, I do, but I keep track of my protein intake. I see that some do and some don't. If you want to stick to as close to the IP shakes as you can, that would be only 1/2 container of the 11 oz shakes.
