The weekend is here and I plan to go outside for cardio I love this thread because I'm the only one in my family who likes to workout and I don't feel so alone with my workouts Jillian said you got to have a purpose to hang on to to help you get through the workouts I have many but the main one is not to hear someone tell me again YOUR NOT THAT BIG I just wonder how big do I have to be

Hi everyone!

Today is day 3. I'm trying to talk myself into cardio because I'm sore all over. LOL

I started Thursday, so I'm going to rest tomorrow and just follow phase 1 for an extra three days. I think this will be best because I'm sooooo out of shape.

cardio 1 today end of wk 3 and b-day dinner tonite. Can't wait 2 go out 2nite and spend sumtime w/ my friends w/ wat happened this wk. It is weird not havin my gma around on my bday.

Today was workout 2 and a cardio treadmill workout. Tomorrow will be cardio instead of a day off because I used my rest day this week. Monday I will be starting workouts 3/4 as outlined for week 3.

Rest day 2day. Had a gud time last nite w/ my friends that actually showed up 2 dinner last nite. Shows u who r ur true friends w/ the exception of 1 that had back surgery. 2mrw wk 4. Then it will be done and I will be on to Phase 2. No weigh in 2day w/ all that was goin on this wk and me being on TOM. So I will weigh in nxt Sun.

Hey guys, I'm thinking of starting this program but I'm wondering if it's effective for people that already have a pretty high level of fitness. Right now I am doing CrossFit and have been for over a year (thinking of taking a break) so I'm pretty strong. Anyone with a strength training background doing this? Are you finding it tough/effective?

I did zumba cardio on xbox today for an hour and burned 742 calories.

Tomorrow I will be starting week 3 workout plan.

This is my first post, as I am new to this thread. I am so encouraged reading all of your posts!! I am a faithful diet and fail I am determined to not quit this time!!! I received my videos and began Body Revolution on Saturday as I need Friday to be my rest day. After the first two days with the cardio in the evening, today is only going to be one cardio and not a double cardio. My body will thank me I am sure!!!

I am curious though, because I am not as concerned about the pounds lost as I am the inches........how is the success among you all for inches lost?

How long did it take you to get your dvds?

Also I am doing training to 5K program and need to do that 3 times a week.. is that doable with the program?

At first I was going to do doubles, but ended up retracting after the first workout. I did not measure, and this may be tmi, but I'll share anyway. I used a bra band extender. Last week I removed it because apparently I've gotten smaller. I also feel my tummy roll getting smaller. Both are good results of the program.

Hi All! Week 2 starts for me today! I weighed in and I was down to 123, that's a 4 lb lost the first week. I 1/2 followed kickstart. I didn't do the extra cardio and followed the diet about 90%.

I have my meal plan for the week all planned out. After hearing how good the sweet potato hash was, I couldn't wait to make it this morning!

@JDuffer- I am the same way. I try something and then don't see results and quit and try something different. I'm planning to see this through and hopefully with the motivation and encouragement here we will see this through to 90 days. Good luck!

@PhillyGirl2012 -LOL, I don't view it as tmi, I find that encouraging Makes it worth it to know someone else is gaining results. Obviously the people in the video have already achieved their success...LOL
