This is my first post, as I am new to this thread. I am so encouraged reading all of your posts!! I am a faithful diet and fail
I am determined to not quit this time!!! I received my videos and began Body Revolution on Saturday as I need Friday to be my rest day. After the first two days with the cardio in the evening, today is only going to be one cardio and not a double cardio. My body will thank me I am sure!!!
I am curious though, because I am not as concerned about the pounds lost as I am the inches........how is the success among you all for inches lost?
