good morning guys
I tried going for the 21k yesterday - I technically don't think I failed, because I made all the 21k, but my threshold was at about 18.5k. I was creeping along the track, everything hurt, so I walked home. Still pretty good
I hope to be able to run through and get below 2:30h for my half-marathon 5/31.
also, exams start tomorrow, can't hold my excitement.
