163.2 today. Not as bad as 165, but I really hope I get off my period soon and stop retaining water... I'd love to see 161 or even 159 before Saturday. Wishful thinking though. :P
Up to 173 this week. I have not been very careful with my eating, and I'm angry at myself because I can't seem to get back in the groove. Want to get back to the lovely 60's!
160.8 today. I'm not even happy about it. I stepped on the scale like 20 times & the numbers were ALLLLLL over the place. UGH! I'm so tired of being hungry all the time. I'm tired of dieting. I want to eat like 89573957 cheeseburgers!! Seriously though, I'm hungry all the time - it's upsetting, depressing, & frankly pissing me the F*** off.

I have been busybusybusy with 3 jobs, school, work, and the munchkins. I am still coasting about the upper 170's. I just have been terrible with dieting and eating what is convienient. But atleast I have maintained. I have not been on the board because we have Alltel internet, and it hasnt worked in 2 months. (AT&T is buying out Alltel where I live and there is like no signal) Anyways, I think about you all a lot, and I hope to be more active on the board come mid May. I will have a little less of a load at that time. I am also thinking about trying HCG. A ton of my friends are doing it, and having a ton of success, so we will see. I will try to check back, and congrats to all you ladies exiting to the 150's!
Hey everyone! I am new to the forums and to this thread! I've been steady in the 160s for quite awhile with no dieting or exercise and I've had it! I am ready to get my butt in gear and start losing!

I am on WW, so I can't be of to much help there. Are you very strict with keeping yourself on target? Or do you allow a splurge day every now and then? I find that if I occasionally allow a day that I can be a little lenient and splurge a little it helps me stay on track and not feel so burnt out. It also seems to give me a boost on my weight loss, which is weird. lol

And tschaff04, I agree with you on the splurge thing. I cheat once a week (and go CRAZY) and while I'm probably not losing weight as fast as I could, it's probably the biggest thing that's kept me on track. You give excellent advice.
Back up to 162.5 today. Will stress make you retain water and weight? I ate really well yesterday and drank plenty of water, and went up....but I am super stressed out because of work right now...like, nauseated.
@tschaff: I do off days every week, actually. I wouldn't make it if I didn't. PLUS, I'm more interested in changing my lifestyle than just getting skinny. We are trying to be a more healthy family, but that means that we will still eat yummies.
Today I weighed in at 160.0. Sooooo close to the 150s, but that'll be next week. This is my lowest adult weight ever, & my body is really struggling to go under this. I haven't weighed 160 in 6 years, so it feels good to be back here & ready to go lower Today is cheat day, so I'm going to enjoy it! Have a good day, girls!
I agree 100%. I could never stick with my healthy eating choices if I was to strict on myself and never allowed myself to....enjoy food. lol I think you need a middle ground for sure. Especially I am going to make it a lifestyle change and not just a diet.
