Steak Fries
recipe ingredients
5 medium red potatoes
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 garlic clove, minced
recipe directions
Preheat oven to 450*F.
Peel potatoes, cut into 6 wedges each, and pat dry. Toss wedges with remaining ingredients and place in a shallow baking dish. Bake at 450*F for 30 minutes or until done.
