Default confused why weight loss has stalled?


I started my weight loss journey on 5/22. For the 5 weeks I was losing, I lost 15 lbs. For the last 3 weeks I cannot get the scale to budge! I'm eating 1450 calories/day. I've lost weight before and hit plateaus but never this early in the process. It's getting pretty frustrating. Any suggestions?

Plateaus happen, but you're doing great! Try changing your workout routine to challenge your body in new ways. Also, check if you're eating enough protein and fiber to stay full and energized. Drink plenty of water and get enough sleep too. Stay positive and patient – consistency is key! You've already made fantastic progress, and you can push through this plateau!

I try to lose weight too and have faced similar issues. Sometimes our bodies just need a bit more time to adjust. Keep pushing through!
