1/3 cup nonfat buttermilk
1/3 cup nonfat cottage cheese
1/3 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
4 tsp. white wine vinegar
1 small clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
Combine everything except pepper in food processor and blend until smooth. Stir in pepper. Dressing is best if used within a few days, so you may wish to reduce the recipe.
