1/3 cup fresh or frozen blueberries (thawed and drained)
1 6-ounce can apricot nectar (3/4 cup)
2 Tbsp. honey
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 16-ounce can apricot halves (water pack), drained and sliced
1 large apple, sliced (1 cup)
1 cup seedless grapes
In a small bowl stir together apricot nectar, honey, and vanilla. In a large bowl combine all fruit except blueberries. Pour honey mixture over fruit; toss gently to coat. Serve immediately or cover and chill up to 4 hours. Just before serving, stir in blueberries.
