Go Me!
I had a rocky start to my week. Saturday was really hard for me to count my points but I did the best I could. It helped to have all my flex points and then a 2 hour workout on Sunday! Also, Monday and Tuesday I worked 12-16hr days and never got to the gym. However, I stayed in my points and worked out hard the rest of the week and it paid off! Down 3 more pounds!! Woo hoo!! Only 3lbs til my first goal! I can’t believe how great I feel after I workout, or the fact that I feel gross on the days I can’t get to the gym. My Aunt (who is also doing WW) said she feels like a day without exersice is a day without sunshine! I’m beginning to feel the same way.
