Well today started pretty rough for me. I was super sore from yesterday work out I actually went to the gym twice and did Zumba and Cardio Dance and than I thought it would be a great Idea to jump on the elliptical for 10 minutes. WRONG IDEA I had to take some ibuprofen because my muscles were so sore, but that didn’t stop me from going to my Zumba class today. I was a little disappointed in my eating today. I made some home cooked spaghetti with meat sauce and OMG I had no idea how many calories it had I had 1 cup and it contain 620 calories not to mention the Sodium was high so no more for me. Thank god for the gym : ). Overall I feel a little better then I did this morning. I’m really hoping that this gets easier!
First blog and I’m excited to share this Journey with the world. I’m 24 years old and struggling with weight, and I’ve come to a breaking point. My SW is 309 and its taken a huge toll on my life. So that being said I’ve decided to make some changes. As of Wednesday 3/21/2012 I changed everything I’ve decided to eat better and exercise more. Hopefully with these changes I will be able to show some progress and reach my goal weight.
Cardio - Zumba 60 mins, Cardio Dance 30 mins, Treadmill walk 5 mins, Elliptical 5 mins
Strength - Torso 3 sets of 10, Bench press 3 sets of 10 , weights 10 lbs 3 sets of ten
B - 2 Boiled hard eggs w/a tsp of salt
s- WW smoothie yogurt bar
L - 6inch turkey sub on wheat bread
s- Nabisco 100 calorie count cookies
D - 4oz baked chicken w/ lettuce & boiled banana
s- 1/2 cup of Red Mango Frozen Yogurt
s - Nabisco 100 Calorie Count ( I need to stay away from these I think it will be the last time I eat them twice a day)
