January Goals

So, I thought I should make some goals for myself for this month.  I’ve decided to take things a little slower this time around.  I’ve set my calorie counter to where I will lose 1 lb. per week instead of 2.  That puts me at about 1800 calories per day instead of 1400 to lose 2lbs per week.  I feel like I can do that.  So, my goals for this month are:

  • Drink at least 6 cups of water per day
  • Lose at least 4 lbs.
  • Stay within calorie range from myfitnesspal
  • Weigh daily, but record weekly
  • Measure every Wednesday
  • Go to bed no later than 10pm

I’m using myfitnesspal as well… possibly the best calorie tracking app i’ve found so far.
