I have not posted in a while and not because of dropping out or going haywire. I still am doing the clean eating and just having a very busy summer. Today marks starting 12 weeks and I am happy to report 34 pounds are gone! I have also lost over 26 inches on my body!!! I exercise 4-6 times a week depending on my crazy week but usually will hit the gym 3 times a week doing cardio and weight training. Wow what was wrong with me I did not want to grasp this lifestyle full force and enjoy it???? I promise to keep posting sooner.
