Quick food accounting…
Breakfast: protein shake
Lunch: salad with cheese
Snack: nuts
Dinner: 1/2 steak with 2 shrimp & peas (peas not atkins approved, but it was the only veggie the restaurant had, so I ate a half portion
Snack: last Atkins cheese cake & spoonful of almond butter (with flaxseed)
Exercise (wha? bigprof doesn’t “exercise”): walk with hubby & dog.
