thanks!!! I'm at 152 this morning...drinks the last couple nights. Not where I wanted to be, 150 was the target, but I'm holding a little water. No matter! 2 pounds...big deal. It will come off when I get back

I'm back! EPIC trip...and I only gained 4 water pounds, which is a victory in itself. Ate and drank quite a bit
also walked A LOT! Lost over 500 bucks the first night because I drank too much and shouldn't have been gambling...but I got it back the next night. Happy me! Came home pretty much even, which is considered a win. Best room ever! Gonna head out on a very long bike ride now with DH.

so quiet here! I'm still here...need to lose the last 3 pounds of water. Weekend kept me from getting it off, but it didn't go up any more
Gonna ride my bike after work a quick 11 miles and 600 calories!
