I've been hanging around in the 170's for about a month now. What a happy feeling to finally get out of the 180s. I was there for a long while. Can't wait to move forward to see the 160's soon. I weighed in this morning at 176.4 and really need to start thinking about flab to fab exercises. Specifically batwings and belly rolls.

Welcome to the 170s new peeps!

I really am hoping to be out of here by June 1st. I didn't lose at all last week; in fact, I gained 1/2 a pound. So I'm hoping this week will be better and will land me in a new decade.

Thanks Novus!

I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday weekend! I ended up grilling some hot dogs, hamburgers, chicken wings and ribs. My kids tore it up lol.

I weighed in at 177.00 this morning. Happy about that!

Hello ladies!

I have been in the 170s for months now. I averaged around 155 in high school, and over the past 2 years I have gained over 20 pounds up to 178. (College food, ugh!) This morning I weighed in at 173.0, but I think most of the 5 lbs has just been water weight from eating more fruits and vegetables and less college cafeteria food now that I am home. I would LOVE to see the 160s soon, hopefully sometime in early June.

Dagnabbit, I am losing steam big time. I think I need different depression meds, frankly, but haven't had a chance to get to my doctor.

Back up to 174 this week - too many chips and drinks over the weekend. Ugh!

GordonGirl16 - college food did it to me everytime lol. When I was in college, there was a panda express on campus right next to a mcdonalds.....those two were my biggest down fall lol.

BettyBooty - a lot of your gain is probably water weight. When I eat too many chips, I retain tons of water from the sodium. Hope you get your mojo back!

I weighed in at 176.25 this morning. I'm happy about that!

I weighed in at 176 this morning - BOOOOOOOOO!

I ran last night, but only for about 25 minutes before a huge storm blew through. Good thing I turned around when I did - I was with the baby int he jogging stroller and would have felt awful if I didn't make it back before the downpour.

Just getting back on track today. Vacation really threw me off, and I didn't relaly get back inot it when we got back. Oh well, no use crying over yesterday (or last weekend). Just gotta do better today.

I'd like to join this thread! I'm at 172 lbs. and am looking forward to changing that 7 into a 6! I'm losing weight by counting calories, exercising and following the OA program (which also means I'm avoiding sugar and flour). I really hope this is it for me....I'm so sick of yo-yo-ing through life. Thanks for letting me join in!

Hi y'all!!

Thanks for the tip Olivia, there seems to be much more life on this thread!! And wow, you're doing great!! You're flying down this decade!!

seaurchin - me too, the bat wings and belly rolls have to go!!

Had a great breakfast today, fresh strawberries, muesli and greek yogurt - sunshine in a bowl! Now I need to do some cleaning and then I'll go to the gym for a new class starting today, it's called 'Fight Club', but I've been told it's not too violent lol

I weighed in at 172.8 this morning! Not a huge loss, but I expected to see the scale increase today as I went out to dinner last night, so I'll take it!

Back down to 174 today. Back to eating more fruit and veggies and getting more exercise. Plan to run the dogs tonight - we are not supposed to have pop-up thunderstorms this evening.

You are kickin' ***, Olivia!

Ha! So THIS is where y'all were! LOL. I'm in the 30-somethings "getting out of the 170s" and that one's pretty active but lately the girls must be busy. I haven't heard from them in a while.

I'm 172.2 today. Still hanging in there and working hard to get out of the 170s given the circumstances. I always lost weight in the first trimester. Always except this this time around, go figure. So it feels like I've been in the 170s forever because of my mishap last week. I should have been 169 or lower this week. Oh well, shoulda, coulda, woulda.

I'm still fighting the good fight.
