I am just into the 160s!! It's been two months for me in the 170s, I finally saw a 169.5 this Monday morning, but I'll stick around til I'm safely in from the cold of hanging on the edge of the 160s!! This is huge for me since I started out nearly 100 pounds ago...I had a moment this weekend and got a bit emotional about it all, I think it's finally sinking in that I'm no longer the biggest in the room, or the one that everyone looks at for the wrong reasons. They were happy tears though, very happy.
Rachelinala, congrats!! I guess I'll see you in the 160s soon then!
Great photo Donna Lotsakids!! And don't trust that scale, like you say, you didn't eat 3500 in one day so you'll be back down again before you know it!
I've been in the 170s at least since Christmas. Finally this morning the scale said 170 point something for the first time. 170.6. My goal was to be 165 by my granddaughter's christening, which is this coming Sunday, so I won't make it ... but I'm hoping at least to get on the scale Sunday morning and see 169 point something.
Had a few 'fun' days in a row after a few big loss days in a row - this seems to be a pattern for me hehe. Anyway, I am back and leveled out this morning, so now it's time to find my new low! Congrats and welcome unwanted! And jenny, congrats to you as well hitting the 160's. I'm happy for you that you were able to feel and enjoy that moment, even if it was only a moment. We put so much constant effort into this that I think sometimes we forget to stop and pat ourselves on the back for the results we have rightfully achieved..congratulations.

I am 174.0 this morning, this month has been a bit wasted, though I am down overall since I started. Trying to get re-focused through August and into the 160s by September!
Well my weight's up just slightly (.2) even though I've been eating well, so no new low for me. HOWEVER, my eyes just about popped out of my head when my scale told me that I am at 28.1% body fat. It's been about a week since I checked my body fat, but last I recorded was 33.2%. I'm kind of not trusting it, because that is 5% body fat in a week, but still..to see body fat under 30% was kinda exciting! lol
committing myself to daily treadmill journey this month I can do it! even if its for 1 mile! better than no miles!
By the way i found myself in 177.8 this morning!!!

Wow XRiotGirl!! Even if that's half true that's incredible - how does it measure fat exactly? With pulses through the body or something?
Good idea unwanted37lbs - I started this year off so well, I was going to set a new challenge for myself each month - in January I went to the gym every day, even if just for 30 mins (luckily it's near my house) but then after that my challenges kind of disappeared and now it seems like I don't have the time for them, I know I do really but I'm just not as well organized as I was. When the kids go back to school I'll have way more time to do things for me at least!
So this week I'm down by 0.8 pounds into the 160s so I guess I should move on...maybe one more week here and I'll introduce myself to the 160s thread too.
