Zoe to the new decade

I weighed in at 169.8 this morning. I doubt if it will stick though. My calorie were short by almost 500 yesterday … I had stomach issues and didn't eat anything last night. I just drank water and green tea so I expect a gain tomorrow. It was great seeing that 6 though

179.2 today, so my second day in the 170s. Today is also a fast day (doing 5:2) so there's no turning back now!

Zoe good job on day two

My 160's didn't stick. I was up .6 this morning to 170.4 … If I have a good weigh in tomorrow I'll change my ticker

Cool I'm back!
Wow - I was away from posting for a long while!

Christmas was very tough for me... it started with treats in my office that were too good to resist! Than I went on an all inclusive trip to mexico for a week where I definitely ate my fair share....

Surprisingly I only gained 2 lbs throughout the whole season and I have since lost the weight and am back on track!

I felt like Christmas was a hurdle... I think I always knew that I wouldn't be able to say no to all the goodies, nor did I want too...

Now that Christmas is over, I finally feel like the halfway point of my journey is behind me and there is a clear path to the end of my journey -- summer. As it is now, my new adjusted goal date is June 11th, 2014. Which gives me about a month extra before my next vacation - VEGAS!!

... all I have to say is that I had a great Christmas, those white chocolate almond covered sour cherry cookies were worth it! lol, but what is more satisfying is the feeling that I have because I am back on track!

Thanks for starting the new 170's thread! I have read your posts and they are inspiring!

178 today. My weight is creeping in the right direction.

Looking4, the holidays were a hurdle for a lot of us. All of my 3FC threads got quiet. It was kinda funny actually to know I wasn't alone. Yay for being back on track!

Finally back to my ticker weight after a month of struggling with food. .. ive lost my regain, can't believe it. ... soooooooooooo happy only downwards from here now!!!!

Down to 176.4... it's our wedding anniversary today so we are going to our favorite restaurant. .. water weight will be all over the place tomorrow but im not going to bother about that and just make sensible choices and enjoy myself today
