Way to go jitterfish and love2b150--it's so encouraging to see people fighting their way OUT of the 170s!

I think I'm really finally here for good--I don't ever want to go above 180 again in my entire life ever ever ever ever again.

178.2 isn't as low as you two are, but I'm getting there!

I hit a new low this morning--176.4! I love visits from the whoosh fairy!

I'm trying to focus on today but I'm doing that "if I lose 2 lbs a week. I can weigh 150 by our cruise in May" thing--like that ever works. I do have a more realistic goal of 160 by then--and that would be amazing.

Hello all! It's been about a week since my last check in. This morning I was 177.4...annoying! I have been stuck at this number forever! It feels like the 170's are gonna last forever lol! Gonna be more disciplined in my diet and exercise and hope for the best. Gotta stay positive and know that these small "stalls" don't last forever and the scale will move eventually.

My ticker is off (I was 169 before the holidays!!!) I'm struggling to get back to that number and I don't know why but it is HARD!

I was 174 today though, so a lb lower than yesterday! It's something right? I think I need to be more active on this thread so I keep the motivation going. You guys are doing so great!!!

just signed up to this website because I have decided this is going to the year I get back to my ideal weight got a long way to go at 178 but ill start by aiming to be 169 by first of march.

Beth I think 150-160 is very doable by May I hope to be there also

I've made some major adjustments to the diet, it isn't 100% Dukan, but I lost my first 30lbs from it! So far it's ok though, was 173 today!! =)

Think I need to up my protein...but so hungry lately without a real reason why. Good news is I was down to 175.6 today...so we're getting somwhere! (although I was 174.8 the day before..I hate water weight!) So I'm hoping to be down to 174.0 by weigh in on Monday..we shall see! Good work everyone!! Hope yall have a great weekend!!!
