I was a 176 this morning, so I am hopeful I will be at 175._ for my Monday "official" weigh in! We are doing so well on this thread You all rock! Thanks for all the support and encouragement--I really believe it helps tremendously!
Eep! I hit 175 this morning! One more pound and I'll have lost 30 pounds, be halfway to my initial goal, and be overweight (no longer obese) on the BMI charts!!

Ok, I'm freaking out a little here because this morning I was at 174! While I'm thrilled to be at 30 pounds lost and out of the obese BMI range, I never lose weight this quickly. I'm afraid this is temporary and some of it is bound to come back. Oh well, I'm not going to fret. Even if my weight goes up a little, it will come back off!
I always consider myself to be me lowest recent weight even if I bounce up a bit -- as long as I haven't gone off plan. I almost always do bounce up a little bit after a loss. Sometimes I'll lose for two or three days running, but then bounce up a bit, or sometimes it's after the first day. But I think we are really that lower weight, the bounce up is NOT a gain in fat, kwim?
I'm down, too! 175.8! I'm so excited. I am really looking forward to getting under my old low of 173.

And Rubidoux, that is a great mindset about weight. I need to stop freaking out when mine goes up a pound! I am at 174, and if it doesn't stay there, it will get back there soon.

I skated a bunch this weekend, man it feels good to eat after a good workout. but I decided not to do my c25k today and I'm going out for to celebrate a friends masters defence tonight so hopefully I don't undo it all.. but some things you just gotta celebrate. we will see Wednesday morning.
