Aww, happy anniversary! Steaks are actually perfect for my plan, but I never make them at home. I have only had steak once in the five months or so that I've been back to working at this.
I was at 178.4 this morning, a new low (this time around).

I'm looking forward to when I get below 173, so I can leave off the "this time around" and get into all together new territory.
I didn't work out today bc I woke up w a terrible sore throat. Now I'm feeling quite a bit better, so I hope that holds and I can exercise tomorrow. And I hope it doesn't cause me to pop back up to 179 tomorrow. I'm so sick of 179! lol I wasn't there for all that long but I was at 180 for weeks.
