Hi Everyone!

HungryHungryHippo Thank you for the support. I am really trying to get back to my goal weight range. I get frustrated with off plan days because they don't get me closer to my goal. I do plan to splurge for Easter, but hopefully I can keep things in moderation.

Alaskanlaughter I hope things start improving with your stomach. You have been through enough, already.

Alyssa Autopsy Good job posting your foods and exercise.

Syckgirlsfv DH has problems winding down, too. I guess it's because we are self employed. The homeopathic product really helps him. I hope you try it and it helps you.

Fluffypuppy How was your weigh in? I am rooting for you. I hope it was a good one. Sometimes you just need a little break like that to help you along. Hang in there, though. We all have our rough days with eating right and exercising. Just take it one day at a time and fight through it the best you can.

Katydid Have you tried any of the healthy options on Panera's "hidden menu"?

Nzgirl It's nice to have those easy days (not hungry). We never have enough of them.

Psychic Good job on your weigh in! What kind of smoothie are you making tomorrow?

Radiojane Hang in there. I hope your week calms down. When is the wedding?

Foreverfaye Hi and Welcome to the check-in!

Lauren A trip is great motivation! When are you going to Alaska?

Misti Congrats on the good news!

I haven't, but I make them more and more as customers become aware of them. I made the chicken hummus bowl today as a matter of fact

They are all pretty well thought out I think, and I really like the look of the steak and egg breakfast bowl myself. The offerings are specifically low glycemic so basically they are very low carb.

With being there, I kinda have my go to foods figured out, and I have a salad that I make myself that I tend to eat more.

Having said that, it's a neat idea, and I'm glad that Panera is ahead of the game in so many things like that.

NOW on the other hand, we all tried 4 new pastas that are being introduced this Thursday yesterday too. They are NOT low carb, but 100 % amazingly delicious. I was really impressed with the quality. I guess not everything can be healthy . . .

Good Morning, Everyone!

I though I would have another gain from the sodium last night. I didn't, but I didn't lose either. Unfortunately TTOM is still hanging on. Although, just barely.

Calories for yesterday: 1470 +
Weigh In: 159.8 (TTOM)
No Change

Silver Sky Hi and Welcome to the check-in!

Diana3271 - Well, was in a hurry, so I didn't get to make my smoothie. I think I'm going to make one using canned pumpkin, greek yogurt, almond milk, and flax seed. I'm thinking that it will be around 200 calories or so.

Birthday dinner got pushed to today. Still getting Tex-Mex.

Yesterday's Calories: 1596
Today's Weight: 183.2

Good morning. I made less than good choices this morning. I started off alright, I made a smoothie with a banana, a kiwi, some raspberries and almond milk. So yummy. But this time change is killing, so I was driving DH to work this morning and we stopped off at Tim Horton's for coffee (he's on a timmies kick). I order a very large coffee, but triple triple, packing like 300 calaries, totally empty.
I set up my old wii system yesterday. I have this thing with the "stepping class" game. I think it's cause I can compete with myself to beat my top score. And since it's just stepping, I can do that on top of what I'm allowed on the bike. Except then I wanted to play the boxing game, and the bowling game. The wii tricks me into thinking I'm having fun, but I woke up this morning pretty sore. I seem to forget to stretch though with the wii, as it's only a game. Ug!
Foodwise, planning the same today as yesterday, lots of veggies (my fav is brocolli, or salad). Maybe tuna on a wrap for lunch. Brown rice with tomato sauce for dinner.

Niagra Oh how I miss Timmies! I don't trust myself to indulge sensibly there anymore. I miss my double double.... and my ice cap......

I'm not in a good place this week (I'm sorry if that sounds whiny). It's a big combo of things. I HAVE GOT TO GET BACK IN THE POOL! I'm leaving work early tonight and going. I was up in time this morning, but I just rolled over. I think it's just depression over the week's events. I think I'll perk up if I get back in the water this afternoon.

I have two separate trips to the city on Friday and Saturday (plus drinks for bf's birthday Saturday night), A work event and dinner with my inlaws Sunday, dinner with Friends on Tuesday, another work event the following Saturday... the list goes on. My house isn't clean. I have no idea what I'm going to cook on Tuesday, I'm still mad at my brother....

I'm a treat this morning aren't I. Don't mind me.

Scale went down another 1.2 so I'm now only 2 pounds above where I was before the water weight got me.

Yesterday Calories In:1002
easter chocolate
salmon fillet
asparagus
spinach
sourdough bread
garlic sausage
almonds

Good morning! Thanks for the welcome, Diana!

I weigh 141 this morning. I was 141.8 yesterday. Almost a whole pound lost in 24 hours! I always lose fast when I stick to the diet and weigh daily. I've noticed that when I weigh weekly, it doesn't come off as fast. It's like, watching the scale every day is woo-woo-magic or something. LOL
