I got brave when I walked by Warehouse One after coffee and stopped and bought 2 2XL tanks off their clearance rack, thinking that I wouldn't be out much for 10 dollars if I had to wait for them to fit. They fit

I am a happy lady!

That is a good feeling! I was mainly a Large/XL top (depending) for the last 10 years and now I wear a solid medium which is total shock for me. I'm still not used to it when shopping. A medium before was a "no way" situation; muffin top galore.

TOM is due again (didn't I just have TOM? ) on the 14th so I can feel the bloat beginning. Good times.

I'm going to eat my dinner and then I'm off to my over-crowded gym. It's packed all the time now because they're having a $10 a month, no contract promo. Thanks Planet Fitness.

I mixed:
1/2 cup olive oil
parsley
sage
pepper/salt
a little crushed red pepper (I like spicy)
2 cloves chopped garlic

Poured it over 16oz of mushrooms and placed in the oven (covered) @ 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. I stirred about halfway through the cooking time. Yum!

i am feeling better although my stomach is still "meh" about most foods....i get the urge to eat specific things, like pepperoni today, and no desire to eat anything else....but i think after being sick, to listen to my body for awhile

i worked today and had meetings this morning and a training all evening so i'm finally home...and very tired

I had a pretty good day today, my sisters came over for the day and while they had croissants for lunch, I had my wheat rolls and shredded chicken!

I have also managed my weekly goal of no drinks other than water, it was a scorcher today so i drank Heaps! Quite proud of myself for being alcohol free all week. Total calories today 1197.

Good Morning, Everyone!

Calories for yesterday: 1470 +
Weigh In: 157.2 (TTOM)
No Change

I am surprise that I did not have a gain this morning. I always wake feeling swollen in my hands and face from the edema, but this morning it felt worse than normal. So, I guess no change, for me, is a good thing. TTOM is definitely on for me. I hope it regulates, for the better, soon.

Weight still at 151.5 today and I started TOM too.

I had said if it stayed on the 24 day cycle it would be the 9th, but I had wondered if the whole illness thing had skewered it a bit. Apparently not. That must be my new cycle for now.

Because of having just lost a lot of water weight with the illness I don't feel a lot of the bloat and stuff, and does make me wonder if this may stick more than I thought it would.

I would LOVE to still have my 'whoosh week' after this like usual. It would put me firmly in the 140s. That would be awesome.

I am still sleeping like 10 hours before waking so I know my body is still tired, but overall I feel okay, as long as I don't overdo it. I'm not pushing myself to eat really, but I am trying to take in as many fluids as I can, especially water and gatorade.

One side thing about this whole illness mess is that I have not had caffeine in 2 or 3 days (yikes!) I guess it quick detoxed it or something because I don't really even have headaches or anything right now. When I've detoxed from caffeine before it's taken me a good week and a lot of headaches. Interesting.

Thumbs up

My body is still holding at 142 so it's real. On to the gym and then taking my son to Medieval Times later. Have a nice night, everyone!
