Slow loss for me so far, I'm 1lb down. Sitting at 151, getting so close to the 140's!

I still have 4 pounds to go. The scale goes up 2 pounds and then down 2. Very confusing and a little frustrating.

lockitup - You are rocking it! Congrats on all the success this month.

I was up to 179 this morning thanks to last night and TOM. I'm back on track today though, and I definitely feel like my goal for 12/15 is still in reach. 10lbs might be a bit of a stretch now, but I'm not going to sweat it. Just trying to make it to 12/15 for right now!

I really want to go for 10! I've fallen off my horse and yet again gotten back up. I started weeks ago at 207 and am at 200 today! My measurements were 40,40,45 and today they are 39,39,44. I will start from 200 in hopes to get back down to 190 or even the 180's!

Well I have only lost 1 lb. since the challenge started lol! I have been pretty busy with the end of the semester and my internship going on. Maybe after next week I'll have no excuse not to exercise. I'll keep trying and do my best despite a slow start.

Ugh, not moving in the right direction. I am up 3.5 pounds since Thursday. So... Dusting myself off and refocusing. I need to train for my trek in March so I think I will walk to the gym, lift weights, walk home. That gets me 8.6 miles of walking, in addition to weights. The first day of the trek is 18 miles, so I need to be ready!

Newleaf123 - I am too... but it is what it is right? No use stressing over it too much. You know what to do, so just do it! :) I'm not checking my weight again until the 15th (I'm a weekly weigher most times) so I'm hoping to see a bit of a drop but I'm not going to freak out if I don't.

Why do you think you're up? Normal fluctuations or has your diet been off?

LockItUp - You're the incredible shrinking woman again! I'm sorry your kiddo is still sick though, that's the pits! Let me know how it goes at the Dr.

How is everyone else doing? Activity seems to have dropped off a bit... I hope motivation hasn't too!

Indeed, it is what it is... This is by biggest "learning" -- you can't let the past derail you, just keep on going -- I know, and clearly you know, what to do...

My diet has definitely been off. I don't think I've necessarily had too much to eat in the last few days, but I have certainly eaten differently. I normally eat almost all fruits and vegetables, with some whole grains and protein added in there for good health. But this was a holiday weekend and I ate a little more traditionally. A jelly donut and jelly beans aren't part of my normal routine... Hopefully I should be back down in a couple of days.

12/1 was 167.
12/8 was like 167.5 or 168, I can't remember.

Today was 167, lol. I might get back to y'all at the end of the month. That's when my weight usually decides to fall off.
