:wreath: Hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas!! :wreath:
My boyfriend got me a Fitbit for Christmas!! :D My last offical weigh in was Friday 12/21, but have been so busy I forgot to come post! I managed to stay the exact same, which was great. And I have been getting on the scale every day just to keep an eye on things, and have been hovering around the 223 mark through Christmas! I'm making 12/31 my last weigh in for the year. I would love to lose a few pounds by then, only have NYE to eat through now, haha, and my TOM is done, so fingers crossed I can do it! I am only 2lbs away from my 20lb goal and roughly 3lbs from getting out of the 220's and need to use that as motivation!!! SW ~ 223.8 12/7 ~ 226.4 12/14 ~ 224.4 12/21 ~ 224.4 12/28 ~ 12/31 ~ GW ~ 218.8 Will be happy with ~ 223.8 |

My body is weird but in a totally good way! After yesterday somehow I ended up with a 2.5lb loss. Not complaining, but talk about a woosh! I've officially surpassed my goal of 162 and am down to 160.5! Score!

I'm down another pound since yesterday :carrot: I didn't over do it at all over the past few days, so I'm pleased to be on track for a very good month!

12/7: 183.6 12/14: 180.2 12/21: 176.2 (probably an underestimation - not on my scale) 12/28: 177.4 (back on my scale) GW: 176 Stretch GW: 175 I'm also fessing up to a lack of progress this week, but at least I didn't gain either. 0.6 pounds to reach 10lbs this month. Totally doable in 4 days. |

I went away spur of the moment to see my parents for 3 days. Got TONS of compliments on my weight loss.

There's one more holiday celebration New Years Eve with my husband's family, so I'm trying to stay on track until then. It'll be interesting to see how January goes. This month has had a lot of high calorie days so I really can't blame my lack of losses on anything but that and the fact that exercise and I have become estranged! |
I'm so proud of all of you! This is has been a really great month for so many, despite the holidays! That's really something to be proud of!

I haven't had a great couple of weeks diet-wise either! Weighed in at 143lbs this morning, although its that TOM, so here's hoping that has something to do with the lack of weight loss.
Well done to everyone who's managed to stay on track this month! I still feel I've achieved something, as this NYE I'll weigh the lightest I ever have on Dec 31st and haven't spent the entire month on the see food and eat it diet ;-) |
Sugar detox and a couple of good workouts is helping me drop a little water weight and hopefully a bit of actual weight. It's safe to say that I made my 10lb in December goal (YAY), but I'm not quite ready to call stretch goal quite yet. Final weigh in tomorrow.

I did my weigh in Friday and it wasn't great, but I have been fluctuating so much I wasn't surprised. I wont reach any of my goals but still the big one for me was to not gain/keep any weight over the holidays and I AM going to reach that goal!!
